9. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Konverly. That’s why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If, within your first 7 days, you feel Konverly isn’t meeting your needs, you may request a refund by emailing support@konverly.com

Please note that after the initial 7-day period, all subscription renewals are non-refundable. If you initiate a dispute or chargeback during your 7-day refund period instead of contacting our support team, you will forfeit eligibility for a refund.

10. PayPal Reference Transactions

If you choose to subscribe using PayPal, please be aware that we use a function called “reference transactions.” This allows you to request subscription changes via our support team without going through checkout again—just like using a credit card.

11. Cancellation

To cancel your Konverly subscription, you may do so by emailing support@konverly.com. Canceling will immediately revoke access to the app, and all content in your account will be deleted. You may also choose to pause your account; in this case, your content will be unpublished but saved until you resume your subscription.

12. Billing

All payments and subscriptions for Konverly are securely processed through Digistore24, a third-party payment platform. Konverly does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, including credit card or banking details. All billing-related data is handled exclusively by Digistore24.

By subscribing to Konverly, you agree to the terms and conditions set by Digistore24, including their billing cycles, refund policies (if applicable), and data handling practices. Please note that while Digistore24 manages the transaction and subscription process, Konverly is not affiliated with Digistore24—they simply act as our authorized payment processor.

Your subscription will renew automatically based on the plan you selected (monthly or yearly), and the corresponding charges will be handled by Digistore24. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided in your Digistore24 purchase confirmation email or by contacting support@konverly.com for assistance.
